When serving as the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and News Editor of The Flat Hat I designed, edited, and directed layout for the print publication of the newspaper. My colleagues and I conceived a new look for the paper. I moved the paper to a visuals-first layout that incorporated infographics and non-linear design elements to draw attention and complement each unique story.
